If your household has been financially impacted by the Coronavirus and you are struggling to pay your rent, utility and/or mortgage, COVID-CARES Relief Fund (CRF) may provide some assistance. CRF is an Emergency Assistance Fund provided to eligible Phoenix households to help cover one-time expenses related to rent/mortgage, gas, electric and water to members within the community up to $4,200 per household upon verification of eligibility.
This program covers people who were/are employed by others or self-employed. It doesn’t matter if you were or are currently receiving unemployment benefits.

Households must be City of Phoenix residents and financially impacted by the COVID-19 national pandemic. A household may be eligible for a one-time assistance with utility, rent or mortgage obligations through December 30, 2020. Only charges incurred after March 1, 2020 are eligible for payment.
