TCDC through a partnership with Wildfire (formerly Arizona Community Action Association), and the City of Phoenix are committed to helping our neighbors today and tomorrow as we face the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.

HAVE YOU BEEN IMPACTED BY COVID-19?

If your household has been financially impacted by the Coronavirus and you are struggling to pay your rent and or utilities, ERAP may be an option for you. ERAP is an Emergency Rental Assistance Fund provided to eligible Phoenix households to help cover expenses related to rent, gas, electric and water to members within the City of Phoenix community.

This program covers people who were/are employed by others or self-employed. It doesn’t matter if you were or are currently receiving unemployment benefits.

As we look forward to serving you, we ask for your patience during the application and screening process due to the overwhelming number of application that we have received. Our number one priority is service excellence and keeping families together.

Households must be City of Phoenix residents and financially impacted by the COVID-19 national pandemic. A household may be eligible for assistance with utility and or rent obligations.
